You can wear it, say it without getting into troubles
This is a true story
It is probably the earliest childhood memory that I can remember - vividly...
One day, I was standing at the door of my childhood home, watching other neighbor kids playing. One of them said something, I had no idea what it was, but I repeated it. Next thing I knew, Mom pulled me in, horrified, as I can still remember her expression. She said that I had said a bad word, and I shall be punished for it. My punishment was a kneel down in the corner for a few minutes. At the end of the sentence, I had tp promise her that I would never say that word again to complete the sentence.
Mom probably never knows it, but I've promised myself that I shall keep my promise. And for all my life, the word never crossed my lips, in any language, any circumstance. I must admit, it was hard sometimes to not being able to express your "feelings" like many others do, but a promise is a promise, especially to Mom. On the evening of February 5, 2025, I was watching the current news on TV. As you can imagine, there were lots of news about a certain person at the time. Then somehow, it just came to me that I could put two words together, and I can now say the F word without offending Mom or breaking my promise, as you can see it and say it out loud here...
